events and communication (meeting, emails, newsletters & web page).
Partner with Senior Management to promote professional growth and development
and advancement of our members. (Executive interviews, Roundtables, partnership
meetings and Communiqués specific to Senior Managers for Promoting Events and
Job postings).
Retain and Develop our members – develop and implement a mentorship program,
Develop Peer to Peer Exploratory Interviews and skills building workshops.
Promote Hispanic Achievements – Newsletter spotlights, roundtable and partnership
meetings and conferences.
Community Involvement - Support Xerox Corporation ‘Endorsed’ Community Programs
at Local Level, Involvement With Local Hispanic Community and Distribute Scholarships
to Local Hispanic Students. Increase the Intake of Hispanics Into Xerox.
